Wendy has a Bachelor of Arts, Diploma of Education and post graduate qualifications in Human Resources and Horticulture. After 18 years as a Human Resources manager and consultant for a number of large and small organisations, she followed her passion and moved into the horticulture and heritage field working with the National Trust for over 5 years and is currently with Heritage Victoria in a policy and project role.

Wendy and her husband have owned a property at Skenes Creek for over 15 years and plan to retire there from city life as soon as possible.  They enjoy the beach, bush and working in their large garden as well as being part of the dynamic community at Apollo Bay.
