Born in Melbourne and a lawyer by profession. John is a principal of W.J Gilbert & Co Lawyers and has over 30 years experience in commercial and property law.

Married with 3 children . The family   have enjoyed “ escaping to the coast” to Skenes Creek where he has property interests for over 30 years  and is active in property development there.

John is a founding trustee of the Foundation and is a member of the Finance and Investment and Governance sub-committees
